Customer Responsibilities:

• Screen Removal: Customers are responsible for removing the screens from the windows before our team arrives. Our technicians do not remove screens.
• Access to a power outlet: We use booster pumps for cleaning windows and need power to run them
• Unobstructed Access: Ensure that all exterior windows are easily accessible and free from obstructions.

How to Count Your Panes:

Each home is different, so it’s important to count your panes correctly to ensure you purchase the right package. A window pane is defined as any piece of glass, any size, surrounded by its own frame. For instance, a bay window with five glass panes counts as five panes.

Not Included in Basic Package:

• French windows with grids (muntins and mullions) on the outside of the window or door (not between panes).
• Arched panes above doors are considered large specialty panes.
